  It is a kiln of Kyoto that manufactured ceramics from the middle Edo period to the first Meiji period. 
Specification 1756
Kichibei Iwakurasan and Soubei Kinkozan inherited the position,because a descendant of Kyuemon Sanmojiya of a business potter of a family to inherit the shogunate declined.
1843
He opened a kiln to the east of Awata.
1862
His child (Bunsaku) assumed Master's name of the 2nd generation as a successor.
1874
The 2nd Kichibei died, and widow Raku inherited ceramics industry
She discontinued her business afterwards.
