This pattern of a plum and bird is inherited as a representative pattern of a Kakiemon style from the middle of Edo period.
The branch tips of a plum give an expanse to the whole of the tea cup.
Moreover, the red flowers of plum and a green bird are kept by exquisite balance in the beautiful form.
And the form of a beautiful curve enhances this pattern by a pure white blank.
